Payment Method

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for modifications only.

To initiate a return, you must first contact us. Once we have made contact, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS if you have provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to track the journey of your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to display.

Disclaimer Regarding Incorrect Addresses

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the entered delivery address is correct. We strive to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately at if you believe you have provided an incorrect delivery address.
